PropervestAI was founded by three analysts who had spent careers building quantitative models at investment banks — and had grown frustrated watching the same analytical rigour go completely unused by the operating businesses they advised. They set out to change that.
Starting with a single client in the logistics sector, they developed what became our signature methodology: hypothesis-led analysis connected directly to operational decision-making. Word spread. Within two years, the team had grown to 15 specialists and the client roster had expanded across financial services, retail, and professional services.
Today, PropervestAI employs 45 analysts, engineers, and strategists and operates from our Canary Wharf office serving clients across England, Scotland, and Wales. Our founding obsession — that insights must change behaviour to have value — remains the defining principle of every engagement we undertake.
